Beliefs, Reason.

At the beginning...
I thought that by following my beliefs...
Everything will work well...
But...
Looking back the years so far...
There have been uncountable instances where my beliefs are challenged...
For a solid reason...
Hence, my beliefs change at these instances...
Because things just couldn't work the way my beliefs want to...
And these repeat again and again...
Then...
I came to a point...
Why must I cling to beliefs?
If they change all the time...
Wouldn't it be better to just have no belief at all?
After all...
Belief does not bring man further, it's purpose that propels man to greater heights...
What's the difference between both of them?
Belief only makes a person act in a straight line, a conventional way in other words...
Purpose may stay the same...
But the methods is unbounded by any restrictions...
And they could be unorthodox and creative...
Thus...
Time for me to let go of my beliefs...
And start working for my purpose!

Random Don'ts

Do not start your plan with a 'what'. Start with a 'why'.

Do not let fear control you. Embrace and face it.

Do not follow your feelings blindly. Mix it with rationality.

Do not submit to authorities heedlessly. Question if there's doubt.

Do not depend on others all the time. There's yourself to depend too.

Do not go for the extremes. Stay moderate.

Do not pressure yourself to be the same as others. Stay true to yourself.

Do not hate your enemy. Love them.

Do not let conformities kill your dreams. Live your dreams without pressure.

Do not reject gratitude. Accept them.

Do not fret for the past/future. There's the present to live for.

Do not think of lack. Think of abundance.

Do not complain about a problem. Solve it.

Even if the world ends, do not be sad. Put a smile on that face. :)

Closure

It's been some time I have been blogging...

Maybe it's the busy uni life...

Or maybe I'm out of ideas... :)

Anyway...

About the issue that bugged me for the past few months

I did resolve it unknowingly...

It's just that, I forgot what I wrote about it in the blog post...

Until someone else posted it up on fb out of the blue...

And well...

That gave me a sense of closure...

That the issue has been resolved...

The Observer

After all these times...
I'm seriously tired thinking and worrying about that matter...
Thus...
For now, I'm going to stop fighting...
Instead...
I'll be the observer...
When the time is right...
Then I will switch mode...
Lolz...

End of a Cycle

I have thought all this while...
I had resolved all my past...
But actually...
There's one past that I didn't resolve it well...
As in...
I chose to ignore the matter...
Until yesterday...
After a long time...
Made a small move...
And somehow, I felt that...
The present has somehow reconciled with the past...
It's like...
A cycle has completed...
All the things in the present...
Have met the beginning...
There's no more things for me to worry about...
For the past, present and the future.

Thought

I thought a thought.

But the thought I thought wasn't the thought I thought I thought.

If the thought I thought I thought had been the thought I thought,

I wouldn't have thought so much.

(Yes, it's is a tongue twister. But I like the meaning :) )

Lust, Love.

What is the difference between Lust and Love?

Lust is full of noise, Love is silent.

Lust happens only for a short while, Love lasts for a lifetime.

Lust happens instantly, Love takes time to grow.

Lust creates fear, Love creates peace.

Lust is being selfish, Love is being kind.

Lust plays with the mind, Love lets the mind at ease.

Lust incites control, Love lets things to go as it is.

Lust wants perfection, Love accepts the imperfections.

Measure of Life

Assume that you are going to die in 30 minutes...

Within that time...

You are only allowed to watch 10 short clips...

About the most memorable moments in your life...

The question is...

What would be the 10 clips that you want to watch?

If you can answer this question with ease...

Then you are living your life to the fullest!

Inception

Watched "Inception"...

The movie was speechlessly good...

Then...

The movie's concept got me thinking...

Whether if the world we live in is a reality or a dream...

It doesn't matter...

Because in the end...

If you live your life to the fullest...

It's good enough...

Like how Mal said it:

Talking about ideas...

It is said that ideas and thoughts shape the universe as we wanted to...

In its weird ways...

And great ideas are created from?

Dreams.

Thus...

Imagine the possibilities...

If we can control our subconscious mind...

And see what's in there...

The Flow

At some points in your day...
Have you ever realised that,
Your thoughts and actions seem... right?
As in,
You feel comfortable making a snap decision without second thoughts?
And somehow you know that this is what you really want?
This is what I call...
Working with the flow...
To have the flow,
All you need...
Is to keep a clear mind!

Secret Keepers

Secrets...

Isn't it nice to spill it to someone you can trust to feel better?

And no, I'm not talking about the 'special' one...

I mean the close friend(s) that you have to tell your stories...

And they are willing to listen and give some advices...

Secret keepers are what I call them...

Few in numbers, but one of the most blissful thing you can have...

So...

Be thankful to them! :)

Destinies.Future.

Our destinies might be set, but we will forge our own paths...

Because in the end...

We can change/choose the roads we want to go...

No one else is going to do that...

Then...

Comes another question....

What if the change we do are predetermined?

As in, even the turning point is already set...

Well...

This is where uncertainty principle comes in...

There are odds for every path we are going to take...

Which depends on our action...

And the best part is...

No one will ever know what are the exact odds of those paths...

Hence...

It is safe to say that...

Do what you can...

And just let things happen! :)

Past.Present.Future.

People make mistakes...

Or worry about the future...

Until well...

The present is affected...

Since old mistakes are past...

And the future uncertain...

Thus...

Stay at the present! :)

Form, emptiness

Is everything in this world worth chasing for?

I'm not saying being worthless or emo etc....

I mean...

Come to think of it...

Most of the things in this world are temporary...

Materials, appearance, feelings...

Put them in a perspective, and you will see that those are after all, nothing...

And yet...

Those are the things that people crave for...

So...

What's worth fighting for in this world?

Simple and Clean

Feelings...
They are right, yet they are also wrong...
Why?
Because sometimes what you feel may not be true...
It is not the matter of the mind, it just happens...
What I mean is...
There is no point thinking over and over about the feelings towards someone...
Because you will get to nowhere this way...
If this relationship is supposed to materialise...
It will just happen...
Like a flow...
The most important thing of all to keep the flow going is to have a clear mind...
Because under the silence, then you will know what to do next...
And the best part is, it will just come like a spark!
So...
Keep it simple and clean! :)

The Beginning...

Well...
Here am I creating my own blog after years...
Never cross my mind to do this until well...
My friend suggested it and I'm having time to kill for the holidays...
