The Greatest Speech Ever.
The way of life can be free and beautiful. But we have lost the way.
Greed has poisoned men's souls, has barricaded the world with hate;
has goose-stepped us into misery and bloodshed.
We have developed speed but we have shut ourselves in:
machinery that gives abundance has left us in want.
Our knowledge has made us cynical,
our cleverness hard and unkind.
We think too much and feel too little:
More than machinery we need humanity;
More than cleverness we need kindness and gentleness.
Without these qualities, life will be violent and all will be lost.
The aeroplane and the radio have brought us closer together. The very nature of these inventions cries out for the goodness in men, cries out for universal brotherhood for the unity of us all. Even now my voice is reaching millions throughout the world, millions of despairing men, women and little children, victims of a system that makes men torture and imprison innocent people. To those who can hear me I say "Do not despair".
The misery that is now upon us is but the passing of greed, the bitterness of men who fear the way of human progress: the hate of men will pass and dictators die and the power they took from the people, will return to the people and so long as men die [now] liberty will never perish. . .
Soldiers: don't give yourselves to brutes, men who despise you and enslave you, who regiment your lives, tell you what to do, what to think and what to feel, who drill you, diet you, treat you as cattle, as cannon fodder.
Don't give yourselves to these unnatural men, machine men, with machine minds and machine hearts. You are not machines. You are not cattle. You are men. You have the love of humanity in your hearts. You don't hate, only the unloved hate. Only the unloved and the unnatural. Soldiers: don't fight for slavery, fight for liberty.
In the seventeenth chapter of Saint Luke it is written:
"The kingdom of God is within man"
Not one man, nor a group of men, but in all men; in you, the people.
You the people have the power, the power to create machines, the power to create happiness. You the people have the power to make life free and beautiful, to make this life a wonderful adventure. Then in the name of democracy let's use that power, let us all unite. Let us fight for a new world, a decent world that will give men a chance to work, that will give you the future and old age and security. By the promise of these things, brutes have risen to power, but they lie. They do not fulfil their promise, they never will. Dictators free themselves but they enslave the people. Now let us fight to fulfil that promise. Let us fight to free the world, to do away with national barriers, do away with greed, with hate and intolerance. Let us fight for a world of reason, a world where science and progress will lead to all men's happiness.
Soldiers! In the name of democracy, let us all unite!
. . .
Look up! Look up! The clouds are lifting, the sun is breaking through. We are coming out of the darkness into the light. We are coming into a new world. A kind new world where men will rise above their hate and brutality.
The soul of man has been given wings, and at last he is beginning to fly. He is flying into the rainbow, into the light of hope, into the future, that glorious future that belongs to you, to me and to all of us. Look up. Look up.

Everything is Nothing.
It is a compilation of some ideas that I found and thought of...
The point of these ideas are that...
Life and everything all around us are
In an endless scope
Are nothing
I will start in the biological (life) aspect
All of our perceptions, feelings and senses
Are just biological reactions of our mind
Memes competing in this pointless universe
All to fulfill the purpose of a species
In the physical aspect
We perceive the world as our eyes see it
There are things that even the human brains cannot comprehend
It is only with technology that we could exceed our limited capabilities
Then
We may feel big in this world
But Earth is just after all
A speck of dust in the vast emptiness of space.
Put in into the molecular perspective
The distance between two atoms can compared to two football
located at one end of a stadium to another end of another stadium
But yet,
We perceive different types of matter existing
Even they are actually massive voids.
Form is emptiness, emptiness is form, after all.
Yet,
What's the point in knowing all these?
When it could be very depressing
Knowing that
The world around us may not seem very significant after all
However,
We still have our biological role to play as a species on Earth
And find the answers to the unknown
Because
The more we know of the unknown
The closer we feel to our intertwined universe of nothingness
And
It could be a stepping stone to prepare for the next phase
of our species.

7 Levels of Infatuation
and my friend:
1 - No feelings.
The person doesn't interest you at all.
2 - Neutral.
Most probably you just treat him/her as a friend.
3 - Minor crush.
Just a slight feeling of infatuation there. Still quite negligible.
4 - Major crush.
Higher intensity of infatuation and not so negligible anymore.
5 - Love interest.
Starting to be interested with that person, but still uncertain.
6 - Deeply in love.
Really fall in love for that person and emotion starts to lose control.
There are still very small doubts though.
7 - Madly in love.
You think you cannot live without that person. You lost all control
of your emotions. You really love that person without a doubt.
(Note: These degree of infatuation are not the measure of the true feelings.
It is just a measure of the intensity of feelings for a person, which may not reflect
the true intentions.)

The Alternative Commandments
3. Treat your fellow human beings, your fellow living things, and the world in general with love, honesty, faithfulness and respect.
4. Do not overlook evil or shrink from administering justice, but always be ready to forgive wrongdoing freely admitted and honestly regretted.
5. Live life with a sense of joy and wonder
6. Always seek to be learning something new.
7. Test all things; always check your ideas against the facts, and be ready to discard even a cherished belief if it does not conform to them.
8. Never seek to censor or cut yourself off from dissent; always respect the right of others to disagree with you.
9. Form independent opinions on the basis of your own reason and experience; do not allow yourself to be led blindly by others.
10. Question everything.

On My Way To Not Believing
I believe that there's someone...
Watching our every move...
And take care of us...
And all the actions now will affect our afterlife...
Then...
I believe that there's still someone out there...
But he's just there...
With no care with the affairs of this world...
And I still do believe the actions will affect the afterlife...
Now...
I don't believe in that someone...
Nor the afterlife...
Why?
It's comforting to have some purpose in life to hang on to right?
However...
If there is no evidence for that someone or afterlife to be there...
Isn't my belief screwed?
Hence...
I'm on my way to not believing...
:)
